1. Our Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee (₹299) if you meet all of the following conditions:
- You attended the full live workshop from start to finish
- You honestly applied the frameworks taught during the session
- You submit your refund request within 24 hours of the workshop ending
- You include a brief explanation of what didn't meet your expectations
We ask for the explanation only to improve future sessions — your refund will not be denied based on the reason given.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us with the following details:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Your registered email and phone number
- Razorpay Payment ID (sent in your registration confirmation)
- A short note about your experience

3. Refund Processing Time
- Eligible refund requests are approved within 24–48 hours of receipt
- The refund amount is initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- You did not attend the live session (a recording was provided as a substitute)
- You attended only part of the session
- The refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the live workshop ends
- You missed the live session due to internet, device, or personal issues on your end
- You were removed from the session due to misconduct (see Terms & Conditions)
- You have already downloaded or accessed the bonus resources, recordings, or templates
5. Workshop Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel the workshop (without rescheduling), you will automatically receive a 100% refund within 5 business days — no action required from your side.
If we reschedule the workshop, your registration carries forward to the new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your card/UPI was charged but you did not receive a confirmation, or if you were charged twice for the same registration:
- Email us with your transaction ID and date
- We will verify and process the refund within 3 business days
- For Razorpay-related issues, you may also contact Razorpay support directly
7. Chargebacks
We strongly request you to contact us first for any refund-related issues before raising a chargeback through your bank. Most disputes can be resolved within hours through a simple email.
